Cicadas have a very unique song. Heard during the warmer months, It starts very softly before rising to an intense crescendo and then gradually getting soft again. Song of the Cicadas reminds me of summer evenings when children would play outside until dark. When the cicadas started to sing….we knew it was almost time to go in!
